Titolo ricerca: (Temporary) Computational Model For Microarray Data Investigation

 

Research Topic

 

My current research topic is analysis and modeling of DNA microarray data. Microarray technology is a platform capable of matching the scale of sequence data produced by genome sequencing. I’m working on novel approach for analysis of gene expression level using machine learning methods.

 

My previous research interest was molecular docking, task on which was devoted my thesis of Bioinformatic Master , “A quantitative approach to docking energy of biological macromolecules, using genetic programming “.

 

In the past I’m interested also in computational technologies for educational communities.
