Systems Biology: Dynamical and generic properties of biological networks; models of catalytic reaction networks; multiscale models of biological systems; causal models of disease progression;

Bioinformatics: NGS data analysis, vector integration studies in gene therapy; data mining; biobanks; scripting

Informatics: Software engineering; modelling; databases; operating systems

Control Systems: mico-controllers; processes control; robotics; dynamics modelling; systems theory

Short Bio
Giulio Spinozzi has completed his Master's Degree in Computer and Automation Engineering from University of Perugia, Italy, and Bachelor's Degree in Informatics and Electronics Engineering from University of Perugia, Italy.
While studying he is trying to improve his skills in all important areas which have direct or indirect link to Systems Biology and Computer Science domains which flourished more while working, as Research Assistant, in Service and Industrial Robotics and Automation Laboratory (SIRALab) and as fellow in Medical Oncology, Hospital of Perugia Then he got the opportunity to work, as Bioinformatics Engineer, at the Telethon Institute for Gene Therapy, in particular in the Vector Integration Core.

Currently, as a PhD student in University of Milano-Bicocca; having research interests in Anti-Canger Drug Resistance (ACDR).
