Abstract

In recent years, the graphics community has experienced an unprecedented surge in neural representations, with implicit representations taking the forefront. NeRF has emerged as a prime example, showcasing compelling outcomes in the realm of shape generation. Despite their success, these representations pose a limitation by hindering direct access to the fundamental surface, consequently limiting their applicability in tasks related to surface manipulation. In this presentation, we delve into neural representations tailored explicitly for surfaces, addressing this critical gap and unlocking new possibilities in the realm of surface mappings and editing.
