The second edition of Asclepio AI, the Italian summit dedicated to new health technologies, artificial intelligence, and scientific communication, will take place on May 29 at the University of Milano-Bicocca, Building U4 - Tellus, Room U4-08, Piazza della Scienza 4.
Promoted by the Department of Computer Science, Systems, and Communication as part of the outreach and dissemination activities of the ReGAInS project, together with the Department of Environmental Sciences, Informatics, and Statistics of Ca' Foscari University of Venice, in collaboration with the Union of Italian Scientific Journalists (UGIS), and sponsored by public bodies, healthcare institutions, professional associations, and scientific associations, Asclepio AI 2026 will explore the impact of new technologies and artificial intelligence on medicine and public health, focusing on the role of scientific communication as a tool for knowledge, transparency, and informed participation.
The event, open to the entire Milano-Bicocca community and the public, is aimed specifically at professors, researchers, doctoral students, postgraduate students, and students interested in learning about emerging technologies and developing science communication skills. The event will bring together doctors, computer scientists, researchers, journalists, public and private institutions to promote a dialogue between technological innovation, professional ethics, and accurate information.
